Midkemia: The Chronicles of Pug

At the end of 2012, working with the lovely MinaLima, I had the fantastic job of illustrating 30 maps for Raymond E. Feist's Midkemia book. The book is a visual compendium that relates to Raymond's series of fictional novels, and was produced by Harper Collins. It was really nice to spend a great deal of time drawing all the elements in pen and ink, and get away from the computer for the bit!

John Lewis Christmas Advert

I had the fantastic opportunity to be involved in this years beautiful John Lewis Christmas Advert. Working with the very talented modelmakers I created illustrations of foliage, which where etched in metal and then lovingly dressed into the set. I've included a small section of one of the etching sheets to show how it works. You can see the final ivy, ferns and branches in the still above. I also created the clock face graphic for the miniature John Lewis alarm clock featured at the end.

A Compendium of Collective Nouns

Earlier this year, working with the wonderful MinaLima,  I did some spot illustrations for the beautiful book 'A Compendium of Collective Nouns' by woop studios. I throughly enjoyed illustrating nouns such as a flash of paparazzi and a superfluity of nuns. The book was published by Chronicle Books.
